Product Description:

Services:
The size of any photograph uploaded on the website to avail the services herein should meet the minimum requirement of size and image quality. MyBeautifulMemory.com cannot modify images that do not meet the required criteria.
For photographs, the qualifying criteria would be a size of 800 X 800 – 150 dpi (dots per inch). Images should be sized 700KB or more. The file format of TIFF is usually best for us, but we can also use high-quality JPEG or JPG, PNG, PSD, PDF file images.
Custom instruction given by the user shall be accepted based on the possibility that exists for the quality of the image uploaded. If MyBeautifulMemory.com doesn’t find the custom instruction within the possibilities of its expertise, the customers shall be informed about it. The expertise at MyBeautifulMemory.com shall however not fail to stand up to the parameters mentioned in the description of its services.
The art work created by the artists at MyBeautifulMemory.com are sent to the customers for approval. The customer must be explicit with their requirements and specifications for the modification of the image.
Warranty:
MyBeautifulMemory.com is not liable of providing any warranty/guarantee for any product it features. This is purely at the hands of the customer.
Refunds / Money Back:
Refunds in case of damage will be made only if reported on the same day of receiving the parcel via courier and photo proof is sent to us via whatsapp or email. In any case the refund amount may not exceed more than Rs.300 and the final decision belongs to the company. Customized/ Personalized products are not covered under money back guarantee.
Reviews And Ratings:
Reviews and ratings given for products across our website are left to be viewed at the discretion of the customers. It is purely self-expressed and not intended to play a part in advertising a particular product/service. Customers are free to give their opinions of the products/services, with an intention to help other users make better choices.
